Love consists of many little things, and not all of them are always bright and shiny. Amanda Oleander, an artist from Los Angeles, knows a lot about these things, but she’s not afraid to show them to you. In her work, she illustrates all those little details like eating out or brushing your teeth that make up the everyday life of most couples. That is why her illustrations are so relatable for each of us. Bright Side put together 17 drawings made by Amanda that show what love looks like behind closed doors.
This is how people reacted to this post:
Daniela Garcia Santos - I love Amanda and Joey! I love her work! …and they trully inspire me as a couple! they also have a podcast if anyone is interested! It's called The Joey and Amanda Podcast
Dolores Holper - Many couples I have observed are hard on each other. Completely opposite of this article. It's sweet to see these things…
Stacey Perez-Castellanos - Ralph Castellanos Cute but… why did it seem, in most of these, the guy was accepting of only her flaws? Her hairy legs, her imperfect body, her hair everywhere, her drooling on the plane? He always seemed so perfect. I wanna laugh at both flaws. Like him leaving pee under the toilet seat, or his shaved beard all over the sink, how scared he gets when you leave the kids with him for a few hours, or how much of a baby he gets when he has a tiny cold! Haha!
Riding Hood Red - What if your partner complaining you bored and make you cry mostly of time, yell at you for every small mistake and don't want to listen your real emotions??
