When it comes to the rollout of Nicki Minaj’s fourth studio album, Queen, the drama refuses to end. As her best album to date (arguably), Nicki’s new body of work has been overshadowed by all the beefs she’s participated in since the August 10th release. I bet you would have never guessed that the Queens femcee would have a twitter war with 5 different Love & Hip Hop stars in one week, right? It all went downhill after the head Barb in charge called out LHH/Radio Personality DJ Self on Twitter. She claims he talked trash about Cardi B to her off air at Power 105.1 (New York) in an attempt to “smooth” her over.
After she refused to give him a hug or a drop, DJ Self got on the airwaves to declare that Cardi’s album, Invasion of Privacy, was way better than Nicki’s new project.
Nicki wasn’t happy about this sneakiness and trashed DJ Self for being a cast member on Love & Hip Hop: New York.
“He’s mad cuz I refused to give him a drop or a hug. He was just up there dissin the [expletive] thinking that would make me [expletive] wit him. Lmao. Jokes on you once again dummy. Passed up on ya meal tkt now u get crumbs from her table. Ur a reality tv [expletive]. Used to be a respected DJ,” she wrote.
“Should I tell the people what you told me about her????? You would want me to spread that rumor. You’re bitter. And it shows. Suck [expletive] & go get that crumby VH1 check. Tomorrow you can repeat that to some real ones. You [expletive] been real hype lately.” she concluded. “Ima tell y’all about this [expletive] on Thursday morning at #QueenRadio. You got a show that you can disrespect me on? Ok well, guess what? I got one too!!!!!!! go check out the #GanjaBurnVIDEO y’all”.
Her mentioning of “crumby VH1 checks” let to some later online beef with fellow Love & Hip Hop stars, MariahLynn, DreamDoll and Jessica Dime.

Then of course, that leads to an epic war of words on Twitter between her and her ex, Love & Hip Hop star Safaree Samuels.
They dragged each other with savage tweets, as the two exes put all of their business in from their 12-year relationship on blast — including $10,000 faulty hairlines, near-fatal hospital visits, stealing credit cards and more.
Now Nicki Minaj might be having more drama on the horizon with Cardi B.
During Minaj’s interview with Elliott Wilson’s CRWN interview series on TIDAL, Nicki talked about how there’s always some new woman they bring out every two years to take her spot but it never works. She went on to claim that being backed by a major label “doesn’t make you great.”

When asked about longtime rumored rival Cardi, Nicki claimed the two agreed at the Met Gala in May to now “feed into the BS” before then saying “there is always some [ish] happening.”.
Though Nicki says she doesn’t like to engage in drama, she wants it know that she’s ready if necessary.
“If a person keeps on offending you, then you have to address it,” she said.
Welp… it looks like Cardi feels some type of away about Nicki Minaj’s comments about major labels and the women they “created” to come for her success.
And if that screenshot wasn’t direct enough, check out Cardi’s response to a fan saying Nicki Minaj is jealous of her success.
Do you think Nicki Minaj really want that Smoke with Cardi?
