According to a survey conducted by a Wellness Spa, The Sanctuary Spa, 40% women who participated in their survey, said they are about to burn out from the stress and anxiety that comes with the pressure of meeting self-expectations.

To encourage women to learn how to take a deep breath, relax, and let go of the pressure weighed on their shoulders, The Sanctuary Spa asked women from the older generation to share what advice they could give to their 25-year-old self. According to The Sanctuary Spa, 80% of women admit to feeling pressure to be perfect, of doing more despite accomplishing an average of 26 tasks a day. Hence, they are encouraging women to let go of the heavyweight they are carrying from the pressure on their shoulders.
