Amarri Hernandez and her boyfriend were at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport when they saw that the security at the airport, was making a man to throw away a gift. The gift sure has some sentiments with the man, it can be seen on his face, he was about to cry. The man asked the security, “Could I leave it at the airport in the lost and found. It is a snow globe for my granddaughter.” But the officer didn’t allow him.
The snow globe has surpassed the amount of acceptable liquid that can be carried in the plane.
So, they have to throw it in the trash. When the man left, the couple went to the trash can and opened the package. It was a snow globe with the photos of a little girl and the couple. It touched their hearts.
It was engraved with a message, “We love you Katie, Nana and Papa 1/25/2016.”
Amarri decided to return the gift to the owners and make someone day a bit brighter. She took the pictures of the gift and posted it on social media, and asked all her friends to share it.
Though there were more than 54000 shares, no one recognized the globe. Then one day an employee of Things Remembered recognized it as one of their product and track down the location and the owners. Amarri finally met the couples in the pictures and handed over the globe to them.
She says that her granddaughter was devastated when they could not bring her the gift. Now the couple couldn’t stop thanking her enough for her kind actions.
